Rafał Żarski graduated from the Academy of Art in Szczecin (Poland) in the faculties of Fine Arts. Crucial in his interdisciplinary practice, both collective and individual, are notions of exhaustion, power-lessness, and leisure that relate to contemporary labour systems, including the artist’s work. In 2016-2020 together with curator Tomek Pawłowski, he cocreated an experimental travel agency – Museum Travel Agency which organized trips, walks, open airs and performative tours in the city’s spaces, galleries and art institutions.
