GUILHERME SOUZA ~ student of BI in Arts at UFBA, multi-artist moving between performance, fashion and visuals. i'm from quebrada, east side of são paulo and now live in salvador-ba. i started working with art when i was 11, when i took an oil on canvas course and sold some works to pay for materials and tuition. i tried watercolor a few years later, when sea began to appear in my productions. I introduced myself to performance art between 2017-2018 in the sense of protest art, through residencies at Ocupação Cultural Ouvidor 63 and at Macaquinhos. the pandemic led me down paths of curiosity about our sexual practices in isolation and the relationship with the internet. what stimuli are necessary to satisfy desire online?
