Juliana Jacyntho (1977) is a Brazilian photographer and visual artist, born in Campos dos Goytacazes - RJ. She uses photography as the main language in her works, whose central theme investigates the impermanence, the fugacity of time, the ordinary of life and things. In her artistic work she has also dedicated herself to the production of visual series that question the place of the feminine in contemporary society. Since 2015, she integrates workshops and study groups in São Paulo in order to deepen the experimentation and discussion of her authorial projects dedicated to contemporary photographic creation. She currently lives and works in São Paulo, and is a Master's student in Communication and Semiotics at PUC-SP.
