  1. How do we use Cookies and Tags?

  1. Who does HOMEOSTASIS LAB share your data with?

 

The User can always choose not to disclose their data to Homeostasis Lab, but some of this data may be necessary to obtain some of the content we offer (eg newsletter). Regardless of this, the User will always have rights regarding privacy and the protection of his personal data.

 

We may need to request specific information from the User to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that the User's personal data is not disclosed to anyone who is not entitled to receive it. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within thirty (30) calendar days. Occasionally, it can take more than 60 (sixty) consecutive days if the request is particularly complex or if the User has made several requests. We will keep the personal data of the Platform Users only for as long as is necessary to comply with the purposes for which we collect them, including for the purpose of complying with any legal, contractual, accountability or request from competent authorities.

 

All data collected will be deleted from our servers when the User so requests or when they are no longer needed or relevant to offer our Services, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as any legal obligation to retain data, or need to preserve them to safeguard the rights of Homeostasis Lab.

Homeostasis Lab is headquartered in Brazil and the data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. By accessing or using our services, the User agrees to the processing and transfer of such data to Brazil and eventually to other countries through the service of third parties. The personal data of the Platform Users, when transferred to these countries, may be subject to local legislation and the relevant rules.

The Julia Borges Arana ME (Phi Projetos), registered with CNPJ / MF under No. 19.359.245/0001-38, and the Guilherme Augusto Fernandes Brandao Fonseca 30283428805 (UGI Projetos Culturais), registered with CNPJ / MF under No.  17.939.894-0001/82, are the owners of the domain and responsible for the Platform.

As we are always looking to improve our Platform, this Policy may be updated, aiming at providing the User with more security, convenience and improving their experience even more. That is why we recommend that the User access our Policy periodically, so that he is aware of the changes. To make it easier, we indicate at the end of the document the date of the last update. In the event that relevant changes are made that require new authorization from Users, we will publish this update and request a new consent.
