Arthur Xavier is a 20-year-old visual artist from Rio de Janeiro (RJ). He began his work in visual arts approximately 4 years ago and his main project, disclosed on Instagram @arthur_xlc, is mobile digital finger painting - consists of finger intervention on cell phone photographic visual records resigned exclusively through destructive processes in cell phone applications. Thus, it researches the possibilities of the democratization of artistic creation tools. The images bring themes related to friendships, personal events, affective memories, sexuality and dreams with original aesthetics and language. Currently, he is studying Cinema and Animation Design and seeks to transpose his research to the audiovisual media.
