  • Huelva, Spain
MUPI is the alias of Huelva-born visual artist Ricardo Márquez Pérez (1996), trained as a Graphic Designer at the School of Art of Seville and specialized in Motion Design at the Escuela Superior de Diseño de Barcelona. The return to his hometown was a before and after in his artistic career, focusing on street-art and generative art: Always on the border between design and art, his underground and industrial artistic style meets new-media and code-art producing generative artworks that dialogues with electronic music. Technology, transformation and experimentation are the three values that define the work of MUPI, whose work has been exhibited in cities such as Granada, Seville, Madrid and his hometown, Huelva.
