Gunga Guerra is a multidisciplinary artist, with a background in Advertising and an MBA in New Media of Digital Technologies. He uses various means of artistic expression such as video, animation, sculpture, drawing and painting. Born in Mozambique and living in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), the artist lives between three imaginary identity borders: Mozambique, Portugal and Brazil. His life background led him to become more interested in subjects related to social-political issues, aligned with remote memories of his personal history and with acquired and lost identities.
