Visual artist and researcher. Live and work in Amazon, Brazil. PhD in Contemporary Art - University of Coimbra and Master in Visual Arts - Federal University of Bahia. Titular Professor of the Visual Arts at the Federal University of Roraima, leader and researcher of Artefacto - Art and Technology Research Group, Ama[z]oom - Cultural Observatory of the Amazon and the Caribbean and researcher in the M-ITI - Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute (Portugal). He has independently curated collaborative projects with the support of the National Arts Foundation - Funarte (Brazil) and collaborates in artistic initiatives of autonomous circuits. He is currently developing artistic and academic research on celestial landscapes with funding from the Capes (Brazil) and explores the poetics and precariousness of images in the development of research in art and technology.
