Pablo Molina Guerrero

Pablo Molina Guerrero (b. Concón, Chile 1989) is a filmmaker, film columnist and film programmer, now he lives in Valparaíso, Chile. He has written for various magazines or film webs like Valpovisual, Cinechile, Sangria, La Fuga and recently RAM, “Revista Archivo Manoseado”. Editor of the digital magazine Valpovisual.cl and Co-programmer of Proceso de Error, International Festival of Experimental Video. ​He has made fictions, animations, documentaries, music videos and mainly appropiation videos, although often these categories are mixed or heavily influenced by his work as film columnist. His work has been exhibited at film and video festivales in Argentina, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Japan, France, United States, New Zealand, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Brazil, Serbia and Chile. He was writer and co-editor of the feature documentary “SALEIA, horizontes perdidos” (2015) by Roberto Mathews; he is one of the directors in the collective experimental feature “The Spaces Between Cities” (2015), organized by the Seattle’s group EXcinema; beneficiary of Consejo de la Cultura y las Artes Fund convocatory 2016, Chile, for “El Eterno Retorno” (2016), short documentary co-directed with Roberto Mathews, work in distribution; and currently he is preparing his first feature film.
