ANGIE SAIZ (Chile, 1977) is a visual artist with studies in Fine Arts and Film at the University of Chile; producing works in painting, photography, public intervention, video installation and sound art. His work develops aesthetic problems from the biographical imaginary, the intersection and crisis between old and new technologies and the concepts of trauma, limbo and ruin. She has exhibited in important spaces in her country such as MAC Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, MAVI Museo de Artes Visuales and Galería Metropolitana; and has held residencies, exhibitions and curatorships in Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and the United States. She is also a visual arts editor and producer, and currently works in different territories.
