Mauricio Igor
Visual Artist and Art Educator trained in the course of Licenciatura in Visual Arts at the Federal University of Pará, also held an exchange program as Santander Universities Scholarship Ibero American Scholarship to study at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, Portugal.
Born in Belém-PA, where she currently lives and works. Her work is focused on reflections about the non-hegemonic body, crossing issues of identities inserted in themes such as miscegenation, sexuality and the Amazonian daily life. These processes unfold in photographs, performances, videos, texts, interventions, and installations.
Through these, he has participated in several exhibitions in Brazil and Portugal.
