Francesco Bentivegna (he/ him - they/them) is a researcher and practitioner interested in voice, artificial voice, voice training, posthumanism, techno-feminism and contemporary politics. He is the lead singer of the performative band Mr Everett, and has a prolific solo career in the performing arts, with a focus on human and machines relations through voice. Recently he was commissioned by The Box (Plymouth) to produce a video response to the State of Emergency in the UK. He is a vocal coach specialized in vocal games, posthuman approaches to vocality, and vocal training. He is currently a PhD student at the University of Exeter working on a project on analysing the Posthuman Condition through voice.
