Thiago Vaz

Thiago Vaz is a visual artist and art educator. With a degree in social communication, he lives in Ribeirão Pires and works in São Paulo and in the Great ABC region of São Paulo. Vaz has been working with visual arts since 2001 and throughout his trajectory, he has participated in group exhibitions and performed artistic interventions in several Brazilian cities, with the support of important institutions such as SESC SP (2010, 2012), Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil SP (2010), Museu Afro Brasil (2014), Casa do Olhar Luis Sacilotto (2018) and Espaço Cultural Kanafani (2019). Abroad his work has achieved international projection with participation in the group exhibition "Hohenrausch" at OOKulturQuartier (2015) and with the production of a large mural in the Harbor Mural project (2017).
