“Sol” was conceived during a creative period where the artist sought anthropomorphizations of nature. With this in view, a figure of the Sun was idealized as represented by a black woman, seeking a marked illumination from the hairs that act on the illustration as a halo of light. The work was produced entirely digital, in Paint Tool SAI and Photoshop software.
