The series of animations Pandegif Vol. 2 - CORONGA VISION arises from the proposal to address the sanitary, political, economic and humanitarian crisis experienced in Brazil during the pandemic from short visual storylines, enjoying digital procedures in illustration and animation and overlapping elements that refer to chaotic aesthetics that permeates the interior home environment, the Brazilian sociopolitical context and cyberspace. This project was contemplated by the Aldir Blanc Law of the municipality of Rio Grande - RS.
