Skateparks can be hostile places for Brazilian girls who practice aggressive quad skating. MAPA DAS MINAS came from @haoleskater's idea on Instagram to map these women and encourage them to occupy the tracks together! Her idea was born as a post on Instagram that gathered more than 129 girls willing to develop more and more the community by participating in the mapping. The post has a character limit, but the mines do not. That is why PISCINA DE PIXEL decided to take the mapping to a platform the size of Brazil, through a digital map in constant expansion, with its own identity and language, just like this community.
