Tosquice Gallery is a web performance created in October 2020 by artist Jaque Demcz. The goal of the performance is to pose as a "real" gallery, using fake fiction and stock photos, to give new artists the opportunity to participate in their first exhibitions. In addition to the virtual gallery, all exhibitions come with an interactive Virtual Cocktail Party, where guests at the "vernissage" can interact with images of food, drinks, and move in and out of various environments on the site. The project changed platforms after the last exhibition, which took place during the month of November 2020, the exhibitions and the cocktail that used to take place via Wix and Zoom now take place on the Hubs platform.
