Ver descrição

At the turn of 2020 to 2021, Brazil had already counted more than 200,000 deaths by COVID 19. Neomedusa vai bailar" was a performance held in Guaianases, a suburb of São Paulo, at the traditional (even before the pandemic) Rua do Meio dance. The persona Neomedusa, aesthetic-entity of the artist Aline Fátima, arrives in this environment to dance and cause estrangement and rupture of standards through her dance (dissonant, but "dialoguing") and her monstrous appearance. Inspired by the Macabre Dances of the Middle Ages, in a desperate attempt for the last enjoyment before the eminence of death.
