'E de last' is an appropriation of a famous intertitle of the film 'The Battleship Potemkin' (1926) in GIF format. This portrays the classic scene of the massacre on the Odessa staircase, dividing the euphoria of the population, commemorating the seizing of the ship Potemkin, of the horror of the attack of the military, in response. His warning, which lasts just over a second, in the film, is the last moment before the tragedy to come. In this format, the sequence of events is canceled by repetition ad inifinitum.
