Series of gifs that aim to deconstruct the buildings that constantly appear in the urban landscape of modern São Paulo. Every day a new building sprouts from the ground of the state capital. Expensive, cheap, big or small, every day I see new pieces of cement trying to reach our polluted sky. Dancing City is a project that wants to deconstruct these constructions. After all, if the big developers can build in the capital, I can deconstruct. It is a way to reclaim the city and create something pleasing to the eye by contrasting the concrete structures and their incessant advance, building an unsettling relationship between the analog and the digital. Exhibited at Athens Digital Art Festival in partnership with Samsung, Athens / Greece (2015).
