Art was made with the applications "Macromedia Freehand" and "Adobe Illustrator.”Clara Aguero Ortiz, lives in Colombia after residing in the United States and Italy for four decades. She was born in Bogota, DC in 1949.These four art images are part of a series of ten called FAMILY. Aguero Ortiz narrates how she sees the composition of families in the environment where family members have universal characteristics as if their ethnic peculiarities are irrelevant. Her work shows us that we all should try to accept the human right principle of equity in diversity, making a fundamental contribution which helps us overcome traditional stereotypes. Her sense of color comes from her early exposure to the rich indigenous art present in the Andes of Colombia, her native country.
