Quarantine emerges as a retelling of a digital illustration I saw in the midst of my lost days on the internet, at a time of aesthetic crisis when I was exploring new ways to express myself artistically. The work - made in Photoshop with the aid of my trusty tablet - was drawn up in October 2020, at the height of my boredom caused by the social isolation resulting from the Covid-19 outbreak that year. The illustration expresses the loneliness I felt at that moment, feeling completely alone, as if I were looking at everything and everyone from a very distant position - almost close to the stars.
