"Screenshot of 'OMNI' Multiverse Simulator", 55" x 38" is a digital print on paper, made using Photoshop. It was conceived of when Kevin thought about the "Simulation Hypothesis", which is the idea that reality is virtually simulated. In this piece, Kevin creates the appearance of a complex user interface where a user could create a variety number of virtual realities. The screenshot happens to focus on a representation of our own universe, with 'Earth' expressed near the center of the frame and with the US focused on within that frame. The artifacts of the frames are dozens of detailed microcosms of hundreds image groups and sub-groups collected from the internet. The spaces inside and outside of the frames are vast.
