Amal presented a project under the title “Am I changing or is the world changing?” collection of artwork as an attempt to document her feelings and thoughts about the pandemic. This project includes 3 pieces of digital painting artwork. The first piece, “The World Outside the Borders of My Bed”, demonstrates the first stage or the first reaction to the epidemic, when she felt that all her dreams and future goals were collapsing, and she had nowhere to go but to stay in my bed. she couldn’t help but to stare at the news and develop more fears every day; how a simple concept like touching turned into a horrific act that is now called “the things took for granted,” while you cannot trust anyone’s touch, even your hands on your face.
