'Historical Review' reflects intersectional studies about the white and schismatic matrix of colonial production of subjectivity, taking as starting point an image of the Executive Power (in the figure of the emperor Dom Pedro II) in relation with a punitivist tattoo made on the forehead of a young man in 2017 (https://g1.globo.com/sp/sao-paulo/noticia/2019/09/11/jovem-tatuado-na-testa-e-condenado-a-4-anos-e-8-meses-de-prisao-por-roubo-no-abc-paulista.ghtml). The displacement refers to the maintenance of situations of vulnerability and privilege in Brazilian society and the critical formation of national memory.
