The work "Orgasmic Apocalypse" was inspired by the painting "The Garden of Delights" made in 1505 by the great artist Hieronymus Bosch. Orgasmic Apocalypse, then, is a meta-metaphorical artwork developed in the COVID-19 pandemic which, on one side, prophesies a New Age and on the other, reveals serious contemporary anguish. On the right side it alludes to the Last Judgment when it shows a large number of hegemonic, alchemical symbols and brings the destruction of fauna and flora; while the other half, brings a rescue of ecology, ecological and mystical symbols are addressed glimpsing a utopian New World. The unpublished illustration was first created by hand, then scanned and finally vectorized in Abobe Illustrator.
