Marina Atra was born in São Paulo and studied lighting design in Madrid. Since childhood she has been interested in creative patterns inspired by nature and sacred geometry. Her works go through the chromatic universe both in light and pigment, having her researches related to the sunsets/golden hour (color and light in nature). This video is part of a series called "Devices for Meditation" where the artist proposes a sequence of geometric images, created from the lightpainting method (with colored lanterns) so that the observer can dive into light and activate the subconscious almost in a psychedelic way, without the use of chemical substances.
