Ver descrição

Midnight in Venus names the narrative composed of two interdependent videos ("Knives, fruits and flowers or delicate objects of torture" and "Midnight in Venus or in my defense the moon is full"). They interweave written and visual poetry composing a narrative of resignification to forgotten objects of the house, observation of cloistered spaces, and themes pertaining to the secret eschatology of the home. The original soundtrack composed by LUMANZIN of percussion and in a particular language involves the narrative that proposes the supplanting of melancholy by revenge through substantially telluric images: the blood, the knife, the thorns, in a discourse that evokes memories, worms, and desires in a time of suspension.
