Born 1988 UK Jack West explores the boundaries between the virtual and the real. Although sculpture forms the base of his practice, the realisation of these 3 -Dimensional pieces is achieved through traditional sculpture, virtual computer modelling or written proposed concepts. Graduating from Chelsea College of Art in 2013, he has taken part in shows both in the UK and Europe, selected by Kaye Saatchi as 'One of the best emerging artists in London' in the 2010 exhibition 'Anticipation' held at Selfridges department store. He was also awarded the 2012 'Beers Contemporary award for emerging art' in the new media Category. He continues to experiment with all forms of sculpture from his studio in North London.
