Quilombola architecture, resistance and nature” (2021) is an unpublished work produced by Collective Organicidade with digital techniques of image overlapping, digital cutout, brush and color editing. The symbols that make up the images transcend reality, becoming part of this medium, even if they are not. The photograph records the neighborhood Calabar (Salvador/BA), a work in its essence, of quilombola origin, territory of resistance and collectivity. The beauty of the favela is valued with the predominance of green, providing ornament and creative solutions of thermal comfort, linked with the socio-economic shortage crossed by the community. The work is exhibited on the platform labcorpurbano.hotglue.me developed by the collective.
